Prepared inventory of 614 Water supply systems (location, water yield & water quality monitoring) of the districts; mapping the 614 water source using GIS, Assessed 49 Water Supply Schemes and Sanitation with Hygiene in the context of vulnerability and risk (VRA) to climate change impacts, prepared  adaptation plan of 49 water supply schemes based on prepared VRA findings.
