Limited was established in January, 2004 under the Private Company Act of 2006 Government of Nepal to carry out services through Research, Capacity Building and Consulting services for Government Agencies, United Nation Agencies, International/National Non-Government Agencies, Private sector and Academic Institutions in the area of:

Organizational Structure

The firm has a board of Directors headed by Chairperson of the Company that provides policy, guidelines and direction to the company achieves its mission and objectives. The company has run in collaborative approach with the relevant other company and organizations by mobilizing its pool of resource persons and professionals in its thematic working areas.
